On October 14, 2025, we gathered at the Calamba Cancer Center for the Dr. Salvador Luis R. Villanueva Memorial Oncology Lecture titled “A Legacy of Care: Advancing Excellence and Innovation in Gynecologic Oncology.”
The lecture was delivered by Dr. Ma. Cecillia Llave, Gynecologic Oncologist, who paid tribute to Dr. Villanueva’s enduring influence and passion for advancing cancer care.
Though he is no longer with us, Dr. Villanueva’s kindness, humility, and dedication continue to live on throughout CMC.
