JOSE O. JULIANO
CHAIRMAN
Dr. JOJ is the visionary who catapulted Calamba Medical Center since joining it in 1997. He is a physicist by profession but has extensive experience in management and leadership through his tenure with both government and private sectors: Philippine Nuclear Research Insitute, Wyeth, San Miguel, Interphil Laboratory and as Undersecretary of the Department of Trade and Industry.
AUGUSTO PAMBID PALISOC, JR.
VICE CHAIRMAN
The President of MPH since its inception, he led the growth of the healthcare enterprise to what it is today. He is also a Director at Metro Pacific Investments Corporation (MPIC) and is the Chairman and Director of most of MPH’s hospitals. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from the Asian Institute of Management.
PILAR NENUCA P. ALMIRA
PRESIDENT/CEO
Atty Nuca has extensive experience in hospital management. She has led many big hospitals like UST Hospital, Cardinal Santos Medical Center, Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital and Makati Medical Center. In her various posts as CEO, she has garnered no less than 3 CEO of the Year awards. The latest was with CMC in 2025. She is an HR practitioner and at has received the Personnel Manager of the Year award from PMAP in 1998.
REYMUNDO S. COCHANGCO
DIRECTOR
The Chief Financial Officer of MPH since its inception, he has over 30 years of experience in finance, treasury, controllership, audit, and business operations.
JOSE ENRICO G. JULIANO, MD
DIRECTOR
Dr. Jun is the founder of the first eye center in Laguna, the Calamba Eye Center in 1996. Then in 1997, together with the then President JOJ and his two sisters, they were responsible for the transformation of CMC. Dr. Jun was also the vision behind the South Luzon Medical Center in Sta. Rosa which is now The Medical Center South Luzon and the Unihealth Southwoods Eye Center. Doc Jun holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
MARIA TEODORA GALANG JULIANO, MD
DIRECTOR
Dr. Joji has held many roles in CMC including Chief Administrative Officer, and Medical Director as an able support to the leadership of her father, Chairman JOJ. She is an anesthesiologist by training. She holds a Masters degree.
MARIE CATHERINE GRACE J. REMOLLINO, MD
DIRECTOR
Dr. Kat is the youngest of the Juliano siblings. She has a busy OB Gyne practice both in Calamba City and Sta. Rosa City, Laguna. She is also involved in many charity works especially those with spiritual components.
JOSE NOEL CRUZ DELA PAZ
DIRECTOR
With over 25 years of combined commercial and investment banking experience, among which were with First Chicago and Bankers Trust Company. He joined the Metro Pacific hospital group in 2007 to spearhead its mergers and acquisitions mandate.
ELVIRA FRANI GALICIA, MD
DIRECTOR
Dra. Galicia is one of the founders of Calamba Medical Center. She is a radiologist by profession and her practice covered patients from San Pablo City, Calamba City and Tanuaun City if Batangas.
